How YS International Services collects, uses, stores and deletes your personal data and documents.
Last updated 7 October 2026.
1. Who we are
YS International Services L.L.C ("we", "us") is a Limited Liability Company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our office is at Office G-01-02, Art Tower, Al Raffa, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
2. This website sends us nothing
The quote form on this website does not send anything to us or to any server. When you press the button, your browser builds a WhatsApp message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp with that message, which you then choose to send or not. The website sets no cookies, has no login, and uses no third-party form service.
Our analytics, if enabled, use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not track you across sites. The map on the Contact page is loaded from Google Maps when you scroll to it; Google's own privacy terms apply to that embed.
3. What we collect when you contact us
When you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive what you send: your name, contact details, nationality, travel plans and, once you engage us, the documents a visa application needs. Those documents can include passport copies, photographs, bank statements, employment letters, residence permits, family documents and travel history. Some of this is sensitive by nature; we treat all of it as confidential.
4. What we use it for
- Checking your eligibility and advising you honestly on whether a file is ready.
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting your application and booking appointments, which means passing your data to the embassy, consulate, visa application centre or immigration authority concerned, and to airlines and insurers when you ask us to issue tickets or insurance.
- Keeping in touch with you about your case and invoicing you.
- Meeting our legal obligations in the UAE, including record-keeping.
We do not sell your data, use it for marketing, or share it with anyone who is not needed to deliver your service.
5. Documents sent on WhatsApp
Documents you send us on WhatsApp are used only for your case. They are copied into your case file on our systems and deleted from the chat when the case closes. We ask you to do the same on your side.
6. Passports
When we hold your physical passport, it is entered in a custody log with the date, your name and a signed receipt. It is kept in a locked cabinet in the office and returned to you, or handed to the visa centre on your behalf, with the log updated each time. Passports are never taken out of the office except for a submission you have asked us to make.
7. How long we keep it
We keep case files for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet UAE record-keeping requirements, then delete them under our retention rule. Documents that are not needed for a completed case are deleted when the case closes. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we do so unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a specific record, and we tell you which.
8. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you have rights to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing in certain cases. To exercise any of them, contact us using the details below. We respond within the time the law allows.
9. Security
Case files are stored on access-controlled business accounts, physical documents are locked away, and only the people working on your case can see it. No system is perfect, which is why we keep as little as we need for as short a time as we can.
10. Contact for privacy requests
Email [email protected] or message +971 56 163 8848 on WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Gulf Standard Time). You can also write to or visit the office above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the UAE Data Office.
11. Changes
If this notice changes, the new version is published here with a new "last updated" date.
