Canada visit visa

Canada visit visa documentation support in Dubai

For UAE residents visiting family, friends or business partners in Canada, and for parents and relatives abroad who need a well-prepared visitor file.

Who it is for

Parents visiting children who have settled in Canada. Families going for a wedding or a graduation. Business travellers attending meetings. If your trip is a visit, this is the right page. If you plan to study or work in Canada, it is not, and we will tell you so.

Temporary Resident Visa or eTA

Most applicants from the region need a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), a visitor visa placed in the passport after biometrics. Holders of visa-exempt passports who fly to Canada need only an electronic travel authorisation (eTA), a quick online step. The eligibility check tells you which one applies to you and to each family member, because mixed families are common.

What IRCC wants to see

The officer reads your file without meeting you. The letter of explanation, the funds, the employment letter and the host’s documents have to answer the same three questions: why you are going, how you will pay, and why you will come back. We build the file around those answers.

Service levels

What is included

What we do for a Canada visit visa file at each level. Every quote names the level and lists the government, embassy and visa-centre fees separately.

Level 1

Appointment Only

  • Biometrics appointment booking at the visa application centre in Dubai or Abu Dhabi once you have your biometrics instruction letter.
  • Confirmation on WhatsApp with the date, time, address and what to bring.
  • Nothing else. You prepare and submit the online application yourself.

Level 2

Standard Documentation

  • Eligibility check, including whether you need a Temporary Resident Visa or qualify for an eTA, and how your ties and travel history read to IRCC.
  • Tailored document checklist for your purpose, nationality and residence status.
  • IRCC online account set-up, form filling and a line-by-line review, including the family information form.
  • Letter of explanation and itinerary drafting, and guidance for the host's invitation letter on family visits.
  • Presentation of your proof of funds, employment and ties so the officer can read the file quickly.
  • Appointment booking for biometrics and submission support for the upload.
  • Status follow-up through the account until the passport request and the decision.

Level 3

Full Support with interview coaching

  • Everything in Standard Documentation.
  • Interview preparation. Interviews are rare for visitor visas, but if IRCC asks for one we prepare you for it.
  • A mock interview with feedback.

Appointment Only is exactly that: we book the slot, nothing else. If you want us to look at the file, choose Standard Documentation.

Checklist

Documents typically required

The consulate publishes the official list. Yours is tailored to your purpose, nationality and residence status after the eligibility check, so treat this as the usual starting point rather than the final list.

  • Passport valid for the whole trip, with a scan of every page that has a stamp or visa.
  • UAE residence visa and Emirates ID copies.
  • Digital photo to IRCC specification.
  • Completed application for a visitor visa and the family information form.
  • Letter of explanation setting out the purpose, dates, funding and your plan to return.
  • Proof of funds, usually six months of bank statements and a salary certificate.
  • Employment letter confirming your position, salary and approved leave.
  • Travel history, including previous visas and entry stamps for Canada, the USA, the UK, Schengen and Australia.
  • Purpose evidence such as an itinerary, hotel bookings or an invitation letter with the host's status in Canada.
  • Proof of ties to the UAE and your home country, such as a tenancy contract, family documents or property papers.
  • Details of any previous refusals from any country, which must be declared.

Common refusal reasons

Why files get refused, and how documentation avoids it

Most refusals come down to the file, not the traveller. These are the grounds we see most often and what a properly prepared file does about each one.

The purpose of the visit is not clear or not consistent with the documents.

A letter of explanation with one clear plan, backed by bookings and host documents that say the same thing.

The officer is not satisfied you will leave Canada at the end of your stay.

Ties evidence that is specific to you, such as your job, residence status, family and assets, plus your travel history presented properly.

Insufficient funds for the stay.

Statements that cover the trip and your commitments at home, with the source of funds explained rather than assumed.

Previous refusals or travel history not addressed.

Every refusal declared and explained in the letter, with what has changed since.

Incomplete or inconsistent forms.

Form filling and review so that names, dates, addresses and employment history match across every document.

Timeline

Processing times are set by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and published online. For visitor visas from the UAE they are often several weeks to a few months, plus the biometrics appointment and the passport request step. We give you a realistic estimate for your case before you commit.

Fees

We do not publish a fee list, because the right scope differs from case to case. Government, embassy and visa-centre fees are set by the authorities and are charged separately from our service fee; they appear as their own lines on every quote and invoice. Tell us your destination, nationality and dates on WhatsApp and you get a quote for the level you choose.

Straight answers

Canada visit visa questions

Do I need a visa or an eTA?

It depends on your passport. Visa-exempt nationalities flying to Canada need an electronic travel authorisation (eTA); everyone else needs a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV). We check your passport and tell you which applies.

Can you help with a study permit or a work permit?

No. We prepare visitor visa and eTA files only. If your plan is to study or work in Canada you need a different application and we will say so rather than take the case.

Do I have to give biometrics?

Most applicants aged 14 to 79 give fingerprints and a photo once every ten years, at the visa application centre in Dubai or Abu Dhabi after paying the biometrics fee. We book the slot for you.

Can my family apply together?

Yes. Each person has their own application, submitted together in one account. We prepare the family file so the documents and the story are consistent across everyone.

How much money do I need to show?

There is no fixed figure. The file should show that you can pay for the trip and keep up your commitments at home, and where the money comes from. We do not invent numbers or arrange funds.
