Other-country visit visa documentation support in Dubai

For UAE residents and travellers from the region who need a visit visa file for a country outside Schengen, Canada and the UAE.

Who it is for

You are a UAE resident with a trip outside Schengen, Canada and the UAE, and you want the paperwork handled by people who have done it many times. The destinations below are the ones we see most often. If yours is not listed, ask: if it is outside our experience we will say so rather than guess.

How this page works

Each destination below has its own short section with the visa type, how the application is lodged and the documents that tend to matter most for that country. The three service levels, the shared checklist and the fees paragraph further down apply to every destination.

Destinations

Country by country

Jump to your destination. Each section names the visa, how it is lodged and the documents that matter most for that country.

Standard Visitor visa

United Kingdom

For tourism, family visits and business trips of up to six months. The application is online, followed by a biometrics appointment at the visa centre in Dubai.

  • Six months of bank statements with a clear source of funds.
  • Accommodation and sponsor details for every stay.
  • Any previous UK visas or refusals, declared in full.

B-1/B-2 visitor visa

United States

Business and tourism visits. The DS-160 form is followed by an in-person interview at the US Consulate General in Dubai, and interview preparation matters.

  • DS-160 completed accurately, including travel history and social media fields where asked.
  • Evidence of ties to the UAE and your home country.
  • Interview appointment, which can involve a long wait.

Visitor visa (subclass 600)

Australia

Tourist, family and business visitor streams, applied for online through an ImmiAccount. Supporting documents are uploaded with the application.

  • Health and character declarations answered correctly.
  • Funds, employment and ties evidence uploaded in the right categories.
  • Invitation and the host's status for family visits.

Short-term stay visa

Japan

Tourism and business visits for nationalities that need a visa, submitted through the visa application centre in Dubai. Some passports are visa-exempt.

  • Day-by-day itinerary on the required format.
  • Hotel bookings for every night.
  • Bank statements and employment proof.

e-Visa or sticker visa

Turkey

Many passports qualify for an e-Visa or visa-free entry, sometimes conditional on a valid UAE residence visa. Others apply for a sticker visa through the visa centre.

  • Eligibility check for e-Visa against your passport and residence status.
  • Hotel booking, return ticket and insurance for the sticker visa file.

Tourist visa

Egypt

Tourist visas on arrival, e-visas and consulate visas depending on your nationality. We check which route applies and prepare the file for the consulate route.

  • Passport validity and photos to specification.
  • Hotel bookings and return ticket.

eVISA or visa-free entry

Malaysia

Many nationalities enter visa-free; others apply for an eVISA online. All travellers complete the digital arrival card before the trip.

  • Eligibility check for visa-free entry.
  • eVISA application and the digital arrival card.

Tourist visa or visa exemption

Thailand

Many passports enter under a visa exemption; others apply for a tourist e-visa. Rules on the length of stay change, so we check the current position for your passport.

  • Proof of funds and return ticket, which officers may ask for on arrival.
  • Accommodation booking for the first nights.

Service levels

What is included

What we do for a visit visa file at each level. Every quote names the level and lists the government, embassy and visa-centre fees separately.

Level 1

Appointment Only

  • Appointment booking at the visa application centre or consulate for your destination, for your chosen dates.
  • Confirmation on WhatsApp with the date, time, address and what to bring.
  • Nothing else. You prepare and carry the file yourself.

Level 2

Standard Documentation

  • Eligibility check for your passport and your destination, including e-visa and visa-free options you may already qualify for.
  • Tailored document checklist for that country's current requirements.
  • Form filling and review, whether the form is an online account, a PDF or a paper form.
  • Cover letter and itinerary drafting, and guidance on bookings and insurance.
  • Appointment booking and submission support, including biometrics where required.
  • Status follow-up until the decision and the return of your passport.

Level 3

Full Support with interview coaching

  • Everything in Standard Documentation.
  • Interview preparation for destinations that interview visitors, such as the USA.
  • A mock interview with feedback before your appointment.

Appointment Only is exactly that: we book the slot, nothing else. If you want us to look at the file, choose Standard Documentation.

Checklist

Documents typically required

The consulate publishes the official list. Yours is tailored to your purpose, nationality and residence status after the eligibility check, so treat this as the usual starting point rather than the final list.

  • Passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates, with blank pages.
  • UAE residence visa and Emirates ID copies.
  • Photos to the destination's specification.
  • Completed application form for the destination.
  • Cover letter and itinerary.
  • Flight reservation and accommodation bookings, or an invitation letter.
  • Six months of bank statements and a salary certificate or trade licence.
  • Employment letter or leave approval.
  • Travel insurance where the destination requires it.
  • Proof of ties to the UAE and your home country.
  • Previous visas and travel history.

Common refusal reasons

Why files get refused, and how documentation avoids it

Most refusals come down to the file, not the traveller. These are the grounds we see most often and what a properly prepared file does about each one.

The purpose of the trip is not clear from the file.

A cover letter and itinerary that match the bookings and the invitation, written for that country's officer.

Funds that do not match the plan.

Statements and a salary certificate that cover the trip, with the source of any large deposit explained.

Doubts about returning home after the visit.

Specific evidence of ties, such as employment, residence status, family and property, presented clearly.

Country-specific requirements missed.

Every destination has its own list, from biometrics to insurance to attested documents. The checklist is built for yours.

Forms with errors or gaps.

Form filling and review so that every entry matches your passport and documents.

Timeline

Processing times are set by each embassy or visa centre and change through the year. Some destinations issue e-visas in days; others take several weeks plus an appointment wait. We give you a realistic estimate for your case and destination.

Fees

We do not publish a fee list, because the right scope differs from case to case. Government, embassy and visa-centre fees are set by the authorities and are charged separately from our service fee; they appear as their own lines on every quote and invoice. Tell us your destination, nationality and dates on WhatsApp and you get a quote for the level you choose.

Straight answers

Other visit visas questions

Which countries do you cover?

The United Kingdom, the USA, Australia, Japan, Turkey, Egypt, Malaysia and Thailand are the most common, and we handle other destinations on request. If a destination is outside our experience we say so rather than guess.

Can you speed up a visa decision?

No. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something that does not exist. What we can do is make sure the file is complete and consistent, so there is nothing to delay it.

Do I need to come to your office?

No. Files are handled on WhatsApp and email. You are welcome at the office in Bur Dubai, and you attend the visa centre or consulate yourself where biometrics or an interview are required.

Do you handle US visa interviews?

We prepare the DS-160 and the supporting documents, book the appointment and, on the Full Support level, prepare you for the interview with a mock session. The decision is made by the consular officer at the interview.

How do the fees work?

Our service fee is quoted for the scope you choose. The embassy, visa-centre and biometrics fees are set by the authorities and are always shown as separate lines on the quote and invoice.

Ready to start your visit visa file?

Send us your nationality, travel dates and purpose on WhatsApp. We reply within 15 minutes during office hours with a straight answer on readiness and a quote for the scope you need.
