UAE visit visa

UAE visit visa documentation support in Dubai

For people abroad who want to visit Dubai or the wider UAE, and for UAE residents who want to bring parents, a spouse or children over on a family visit visa.

Who it is for

Your parents want to visit you in Dubai. A friend is flying in for a holiday. A business contact needs to attend a meeting in the UAE. We prepare the application, process it through a licensed channel and send the entry permit to the traveller, so the only thing left is the flight.

Visa types we handle

  • 30-day and 60-day tourist visas, single entry, for holidays and short visits.
  • Multiple-entry visit visas for people who travel in and out of the UAE regularly.
  • Family visit visas sponsored by a UAE resident for a spouse, children or parents.

How the government fee works

The immigration fee is set by the authority and is shown as a separate line on your quote and invoice. Our service fee covers the eligibility check, the paperwork, the processing and the follow-up. If the application is refused, the government fee is not refunded by the authority.

Service levels

What is included

What we do for a UAE visit visa file at each level. Every quote names the level and lists the government, embassy and visa-centre fees separately.

Level 1

Appointment Only

  • UAE visit visas are processed online, so there is usually no embassy appointment to book.
  • Where a time-bound in-person step applies, such as a visa extension visit, we book that slot and send you the confirmation.
  • Nothing else. You prepare and submit the application yourself.

Level 2

Standard Documentation

  • Eligibility check, including whether your nationality gets a visa on arrival, needs a pre-arranged visa, or has extra requirements.
  • Tailored document checklist for the visa type you need, including the sponsor's documents for a family visit visa.
  • Application form filling and review, with passport data entered exactly as printed.
  • Processing of the application through a licensed channel, with the government fee shown separately on your quote.
  • Status follow-up, and the entry permit sent to you on WhatsApp and email as soon as it is issued.
  • Guidance on entry, the validity window, overstay rules and extension options.

Level 3

Full Support with interview coaching

  • Everything in Standard Documentation.
  • A pre-arrival briefing covering what immigration officers ask and the documents to carry.
  • A mock question-and-answer session with the visitor, in English or with a family member translating.

Appointment Only is exactly that: we book the slot, nothing else. If you want us to look at the file, choose Standard Documentation.

Checklist

Documents typically required

The consulate publishes the official list. Yours is tailored to your purpose, nationality and residence status after the eligibility check, so treat this as the usual starting point rather than the final list.

  • Passport copy valid for at least six months from the date of entry, with the data page scanned clearly.
  • Passport-size photo with a white background.
  • Confirmed return or onward ticket.
  • Hotel booking, or the host's address and documents.
  • Travel medical insurance where the visa type requires it.
  • For a family visit visa, the sponsor's Emirates ID, residence visa, salary certificate or trade licence, and tenancy contract.
  • Attested proof of relationship for family visits, such as a marriage certificate or birth certificate.
  • Copies of any previous UAE visas or entry permits.
  • Proof of funds for the stay where your nationality requires it.

Common refusal reasons

Why files get refused, and how documentation avoids it

Most refusals come down to the file, not the traveller. These are the grounds we see most often and what a properly prepared file does about each one.

A flag on the immigration system from a previous stay, such as an overstay, unpaid fines or an entry ban.

We ask about your history before applying and tell you plainly if there is a problem to clear first.

Passport data on the application does not match the passport.

Data entered exactly as printed on the passport and checked twice before submission.

The sponsor does not meet the requirements for a family visit visa.

The sponsor's salary, relationship proof and documents are checked against the current rules before anything is submitted.

Photo or passport scan rejected by the system.

Scans and photos prepared to specification, so the application is not bounced for a technicality.

A nationality with additional requirements submitted without them.

The eligibility check lists every extra document for your passport before we start.

Timeline

Processing times are set by the UAE immigration authorities. Many visit visas are issued within two to five working days once the application is complete, but some nationalities and family visit cases take longer. We give you a realistic estimate for your case.

Fees

We do not publish a fee list, because the right scope differs from case to case. Government, embassy and visa-centre fees are set by the authorities and are charged separately from our service fee; they appear as their own lines on every quote and invoice. Tell us your destination, nationality and dates on WhatsApp and you get a quote for the level you choose.

Straight answers

UAE visit visa questions

Can I get a visa on arrival instead?

Many nationalities can enter the UAE with a visa on arrival or without a pre-arranged visa. Others need a visa before travel. Send us a photo of your passport data page and we will tell you which applies.

Should I choose a 30-day or a 60-day visa?

Pick the one that covers your real plan with some margin, because overstaying carries daily fines. If you expect to come and go, a multiple-entry visa may suit you better. We go through the options with you.

Can a visit visa be extended inside the UAE?

Some visit visas can be extended from inside the country before they expire, subject to the rules in force at the time. We tell you what applies to your visa and arrange the extension where it is possible.

Can I work on a visit visa?

No. A visit or tourist visa does not allow employment in the UAE. Working on one carries fines and bans. If you plan to work here you need an employment visa through an employer.

Do I need a sponsor?

Tourist visas are sponsored through a licensed channel such as the one we use. Family visit visas are sponsored by the resident relative, who must meet the salary and relationship requirements.

What should I carry at the airport?

A printed copy of the entry permit, your passport, the return ticket, your hotel booking or host address, insurance if your visa type requires it, and enough funds for the stay.
