United States visit visa

United States visit visa documentation support from Dubai

For UAE residents travelling to the United States for tourism, family visits, medical treatment or business meetings, including first-time applicants who want to walk in prepared.

B-1/B-2 visitor visa. We prepare the file; the authority decides.

What we prepare

The United States decides most visitor visas at the interview, so the file has two jobs: a DS-160 that is complete and consistent, and supporting documents you can produce if the officer asks. We complete the DS-160 with you, including the travel, employment and social-media fields that applicants often fill in from memory and get wrong. We then assemble the documents that show your ties, your funds and the purpose of the trip, in an order you can find under pressure.

How the application is lodged

The DS-160 is submitted online, the government fee is paid through the official channel, and the interview is booked in your name on the official appointment system. You attend the consulate with your passport, confirmation pages and documents. The consular officer decides, usually at the interview; a request for further administrative processing is not a refusal. Government fees are set by the authority and quoted on request, separately from our service fee.

Checklist

Documents usually requested

The consulate publishes the official list; yours is tailored after the eligibility check. This is the usual starting point.

  • Passport valid for the whole trip, plus previous passports with your travel history.
  • DS-160 confirmation page and the interview appointment confirmation.
  • Photo to the US specification, digital and printed.
  • UAE residence visa, Emirates ID and an employment letter or trade licence.
  • Six months of bank statements and other evidence of funds for the trip.
  • Evidence of ties to the UAE and your home country.
  • A travel plan or an invitation; previous US visas or refusals declared in full.

Straight answers

United States visit visa questions

Is the interview really decisive?

Yes. For most applicants the consular officer decides during a short interview, using the DS-160 and the conversation more than the paperwork. That is why our Full Support level includes a mock interview.

Where does the interview take place?

At the US Consulate General in Dubai or the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi, depending on the appointment booked. Availability is set by the mission and varies; we check the current position when we start your file.

My visa was refused before. Can I apply again?

You can, but something in your situation or your file should have changed. We go through the refusal with you, say honestly whether a new application has a realistic chance, and declare it properly in the DS-160.

We prepare and support the application; the consulate decides. The three service levels apply to every destination; see also other visit visas.
